Arkansas Operating Engineers License

Arkansas Department of Labor
Boiler Inspection Division
10421 West Markham
Little Rock, AR 72205

State Operator Licensing is required.

Power boilers & Heating boiler 50 horsepower or more require a licensed operator present at all times.

Local Residency is not required to apply for a license. Licenses from other jurisdictions may be recognized.

The State of Arkansas has 2 licensing levels:

  1. Arkansas Low Pressure Boiler Operator
  2. Arkansas High Pressure Boiler Operator
